Join S.U.C.C.E.S.S. as a Health Sector Employment Specialist in Greater Toronto, where you will support Internationally-Educated Health Professionals (IEHPs) in achieving sustainable employment. Cultivate employer relationships through strategic initiatives and personalized guidance.
As a key player within the Career and Youth Services, you will collaborate with Case Managers to understand the needs of IEHPs and match them with suitable employers. This full-time role includes cold calling, ongoing relationship maintenance, and individualized support to enhance employer hiring capacities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish work placement opportunities for project participants
• Develop networking and mentoring prospects for participants
• Conduct assessments to understand client needs
• Support employers in workforce integration of IEHPs
• Maintain comprehensive records of participants and placements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Career Development or similar
• Experience with job coaching or employer liaisons
• Strong understanding of labor market trends in Ontario
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively at various outreach locations
