- This is a contract position approved for 6 months. There may be an opportunity to convert to perm depending upon business need and performance.
- This is a hybrid position that requires some office days at our Markham office.
- We require someone who is fluent in English and French.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to design and execute tailored recruitment strategies that align with Gallagher’s business goals.
- Build and nurture a diverse network of active and passive candidates, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Use data‑driven insights to refine sourcing methods and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Champion innovative recruitment tools and social media platforms to enhance our talent acquisition strategies.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a minimum of five years in a similar role.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, enabling you to connect with diverse candidates and stakeholders across regions.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies, such as ICIMS, and a passion for leveraging social media in talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting for insurance, brokerage, or risk management roles is a plus.
- A collaborative and inclusive approach, with a commitment to fostering diversity and equity in hiring practices.
