As the HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role within Financeit, reporting to the VP of People Success. This mid-seniority role focuses on fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring seamless HR processes. Key skills include employee engagement, leadership development, and operational oversight to enhance the workforce experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach managers for effective leadership and team building

• Develop and rollout leadership programs at all levels

• Implement Job Effectiveness Plans and performance reviews

• Analyze people data for strategic insights and decision making

• Contribute to Talent Review and succession planning processes

Requirements:

• 6–8 years progressive HR experience, 2 years in a partnership role

• Proven leadership and direct report management expertise

• Strong employee relations and conflict resolution experience

• Comprehensive understanding of payroll and benefits

• Familiarity with talent management and performance cycles
