Join TD as a Senior Business Application Analyst focusing on Compensation Delivery in Toronto, Ontario. This role encompasses leading compensation technology activities and operational support.
You will drive enhancements for compensation platforms, organizing requirements gathering, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Strategic collaboration with HR, Payroll, and various stakeholders will be essential to optimize compensation processes, enhancing the overall colleague experience at TD.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the documentation of business artifacts for projects
• Plan and coordinate Business Acceptance Testing
• Collaborate with stakeholders on systems deployments
• Review specifications and ensure business objectives alignment
• Escalate risks related to compensation program delivery
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in Compensation, Business Analysis, or HR Technology
• Strong expertise in Workday and Varicent applications
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is advantageous
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Business or HR
