• Analyze recruitment data for process improvement opportunities
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of recruitment experience in a strategic role
• Background in construction or related industries preferred
• Expertise with ATS and sourcing platforms
• Proven experience in high-volume hiring scenarios
• Relevant education in HR or business fields
