Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for Nuclear roles

• Develop candidate pipelines utilizing various sourcing channels

• Collaborate with hiring managers to update recruitment strategies

• Enhance candidate interactions during onboarding processes

• Analyze recruitment data for process improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of recruitment experience in a strategic role

• Background in construction or related industries preferred

• Expertise with ATS and sourcing platforms

• Proven experience in high-volume hiring scenarios

• Relevant education in HR or business fields
