Job Summary The HR Analyst supports the development, design, and delivery of HR solutions while providing specialized analysis and reporting to improve business decisions and HR processes. This role also functions as a Case Manager within Global Mobility Relocation Services, delivering high-quality relocation support and ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end relocation case service delivery, including coordination with movers and service providersProvide relocation advisory, support, and education to HR and business stakeholdersServe as primary contact for relocating employees, guiding them through the relocation lifecycleManage relocation inquiries, cost estimates, and offer letter guidanceMaintain and update relocation files and documentationCoordinate with Travel & Expense teams and external partnersAudit vendor invoices and approve paymentsManage relocation allowances and ensure timely paymentsPrepare CRA letters and manage exception requestsConduct immigration strategy assessments and manage visa/work permit processesTrack expiries and coordinate renewals for immigration casesProvide updates to stakeholders and ensure effective communicationSupport process improvements, HR initiatives, and policy developmentRequired Experience
– years of experience in HR or global mobilityExperience managing relocation or mobility programsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExperience with invoicing and financial trackingStrong attention to detail and customer service orientationProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams)Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience in financial services or banking environmentHR backgroundExperience with home sale or relocation programsRequired Skills
