Position: Onsite Human Resources Specialist Role
Join a dedicated non-profit community center as a Human Resources Specialist, enhancing lives for over 30 years. This onsite role offers an hourly pay of $27 to $32 and a standard Monday to Friday schedule.

The center seeks a proactive HR Specialist skilled in benefits administration and employee support. With a background in Human Resources and over 2 years of relevant experience, you will oversee compensation and ensure compliance with HR policies and legislation. Your expertise will play a vital role in supporting both employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage compensation, benefits, and pension systems

• Oversee leave management and disability programs

• Support HR initiatives for employees and managers

• Assist with payroll and HR systems support

• Ensure compliance with pay equity and HR regulations

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR and benefits

• Proficiency in HRIS and reporting tools

• Solutions-oriented and proactive approach

• Class G driver’s license required for local facility travel
