In this role, you will report directly to the Human Resources Manager and deliver strategic HR consulting across the organization. As part of the national HR team, your contributions will enhance business partnerships and develop innovative HR solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic consultation and coaching to executives
• Lead employee relations and performance matters effectively
• Drive talent management and succession planning initiatives
• Design engagement plans using workforce data insights
• Support leaders in organizational transformations
Requirements:
• University degree relevant to HR or industrial relations
• Minimum 8 years as HR Business Partner or similar
• Strong HR technical knowledge across various cycles
• Proven ability to establish relationships at all levels
• Bilingualism in French and English is required
