Key Responsibilities:

• Support job evaluation for diverse employee groups

• Lead compensation policy development and implementation

• Assess organizational structures for effective talent progression

• Guide the design of performance evaluation tools

• Collaborate with HR and management for program alignment

Requirements:

• Educational background in Human Resources or relevant fields

• Comprehensive knowledge of compensation and job evaluation

• Previous experience in union environments is preferred

• Familiarity with HRIS systems like Oracle or SAP

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project skills
