Become a part of Leon's HR team as a full-time Payroll Administrator in Toronto, Ontario. Manage the payroll for commission, salary, and hourly employees with precision and care.
Leon’s, a family-owned business with over a century of history, is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator. You will handle full-cycle biweekly payroll processing and maintain attendance tracking. Responding to payroll inquiries and assisting in payroll reports will be key aspects of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process biweekly payroll for all employee types
• Maintain and track time and attendance records
• Address payroll inquiries promptly and effectively
• Issue Records of Employment (ROEs) and payroll reports
• Collaborate closely with retail locations as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in payroll processing
• Familiarity with ADP, Kronos, and Workforce Now
• Knowledge of Canadian legislation and CRA regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingual French skills are a plus
