As a Senior HR Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming Teranet’s Workday system to better serve employees and business needs. This position requires collaboration with HR, IT, and Finance to analyze requirements and improve processes across the organization. Your ability to lead system enhancements and provide guidance on best practices will foster a collaborative environment and drive efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver dashboards for decision-making
• Optimize Workday through data-driven initiatives
• Oversee enhancement management in partnership with key stakeholders
• Convert business needs into detailed requirements
• Support semi-annual testing and ticket triage
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR or related areas
• Extensive knowledge of Workday HCM modules
• Proven project management and communication skills
• Experience with Workday testing tools
