Make a significant impact at HOOPP as a Senior HR Technology Analyst, focused on enhancing HR operations through technology. This role supports the design and implementation of advanced HR tech solutions like Workday.
In this position, you’ll help drive the HR transformation by leveraging your expertise in HRIS and emerging technologies. Collaboration with HR, IT, and other stakeholders will be key as you identify automation opportunities and improve employee experiences through innovative solutions. Your strong relationship management skills will help you succeed in this people-focused role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support HR business processes and workflows within Workday
• Collaborate on configuration, testing, and implementation
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for users
• Engage in testing and implementing HR solutions
• Identify process improvements for HR services
Requirements:
• Proficient in HRIS/HCM systems
• Experience with automation and AI
• Strong analytical capabilities and customer focus
• Excellent teamwork and adaptability
• Preferred:
Workday certifications or experience with automation tools
