JMC Aviation is growing, and we’re looking for a Recruiter to join our Toronto team and support our expanding operations across Canada and the US.

As a Recruiter at JMC Aviation
, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through to placement and aftercare. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver a high quality recruitment experience.

• Sourcing, screening, and engaging aviation professionals
• Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate CRM records
• Conducting interviews and coordinating client submissions
• Supporting offer processes, onboarding, and compliance
• Building long term relationships with candidates and clients

We’re open to different levels of experience, but you’ll ideally bring:

• Recruitment experience (aviation or technical recruitment is an advantage, but not essential)
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• A proactive, organised approach with great attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
• A genuine interest in aviation and people focused work

• Base salary: CAD $60,000 – $95,000
  , depending on experience
