You will partner with hiring managers to optimize the recruitment process and enhance candidate engagement through strong relationship-building. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and candidate onboarding

• Enhance candidate journeys via sourcing strategies

• Analyze metrics to drive recruitment improvements

• Engage passive candidates using various outreach methods

• Coordinate seasonal recruitment for Co-Op positions

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience

• Ability to implement structured interview and scoring techniques

• Maintain recruiting data with ATS tools (ADP Work Force Now  preferred)

• Proven success in recruiting engineering or technical roles
