Mercer is searching for a talented EAP Counsellor to join their Total Health Manager team. This position allows you to work a hybrid schedule with at least three days a week in the office. You will be involved in implementing health and safety initiatives while driving compliance and managing risks across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a strong health and safety culture
• Drive compliance initiatives organization-wide
• Manage risk management strategies
• Collaborate with various departments for improvement
• Provide EAP support and counseling services
Requirements:
• Relevant educational background in health services
• Experience in workplace counseling or EAP preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
