Position: Time and Pay Consultant at Scotiabank

In this consultant role, you will support HR Solutions, ensuring timely resolution of low and medium risk payroll questions. You'll work collaboratively with Employee Services, streamlining Time and Attendance processes while maintaining adherence to internal policies. This position requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion a customer-focused culture to enhance client relationships

• Deliver timely solutions to Time and Pay inquiries

• Provide 2nd level support for Employee Service teams

• Maintain accurate HR case files until resolution

• Review and direct escalated payroll issues to GHRO teams

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related field

• Knowledge of HR transactions and policies

• Experience in service center environments

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all situations
