Your Opportunity
As a Senior Talent Sourcer, you will play a strategic role in strengthening our firm’s ability to proactively identify, engage, and attract top consulting talent across Canada. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders, you will focus on market mapping, talent intelligence, and building high-quality pipelines of passive talent to support both immediate hiring needs and future growth.
This is a new opportunity designed for an experienced sourcing professional who thrives in a consultative environment and brings a strategic lens to identifying talent in competitive markets. You will combine research, data, and industry insights to inform sourcing strategies and strengthen the firm’s overall talent acquisition capability.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Mapping & Pipeline Development
Conduct targeted market mapping to identify key talent segments, competitor organizations, and emerging talent pools aligned to priority hiring areasBuild and maintain proactive pipelines of high-caliber candidates across specialized consulting and technical capabilitiesDevelop long-term talent communities to support strategic workforce planning and future hiring needsProactive Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
Lead outbound sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent through multiple channels including Linked In Recruiter, professional networks, research tools, and industry communitiesDesign and execute targeted sourcing campaigns to attract niche skillsets and difficult-to-fill profilesBuild meaningful relationships with prospective candidates to position the firm as an employer of choiceBusiness & Talent Acquisition Partnership
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring leaders to align on talent priorities, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing strategiesProvide market intelligence on talent availability, competitor hiring activity, and compensation benchmarks to support hiring decisionsSupport the development of referral strategies and leverage internal networks to expand talent pipelinesTalent Intelligence & Data-Driven Insights
Track pipeline health, outreach effectiveness, and candidate engagement metrics to continuously improve sourcing strategiesLeverage talent data and external market insights to inform hiring strategies and talent planning discussionsMaintain high-quality talent pools and candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and sourcing toolsTalent Brand & Candidate Experience
Represent the firm professionally through candidate engagement and online presenceDeliver thoughtful, personalized outreach that strengthens our reputation within the talent marketContribute to enhancing the firm’s employer brand through consistent and high-quality candidate interactionsHow do we define success for your role?

4+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment research, or talent intelligence, ideally within professional services, consulting, or other knowledge-based industriesDemonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates in competitive marketsStrong expertise with advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, Linked In Recruiter, and talent intelligence platformsExperience conducting market mapping and translating talent insights into actionable sourcing strategiesStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with recruiters and business leadersAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and sourcing performance dataCuriosity and adaptability with emerging sourcing technologies, tools, and market trendsBilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
