Position: Culture & Employee Engagement Coordinator
Make a significant impact at LG Electronics as a Culture & Development Specialist. You'll play a crucial role in recruitment, employee engagement, and learning initiatives.

This position focuses on full-cycle recruitment coordination, onboarding design, and enhancing the overall employee experience. You'll also collaborate with HR to identify training needs and drive retention strategies while supporting the brand's culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment activities and candidate interactions
