Position: Human Resources Consultant for Ontario Assembly

This role involves collaboration with a team of dedicated HR professionals under the Office of the Assembly. You'll act as a trusted advisor to MPPs while interpreting policies and providing general HR services, ensuring adherence to legislative practices. Your contributions will strengthen the Assembly's commitment to integrity, inclusiveness, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client HR needs and offer strategic advice

• Ensure policy adherence and interpretation for clients

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in consultations

• Provide HR generalist services to assigned client groups

• Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven HR experience in a consulting capacity

• CHRP certification or equivalent training required

• Strong understanding of HR policies and methods

• Knowledge in HR management software systems

• Ability to adapt to diverse client needs and environments
