Arup is seeking a highly experienced People Business Partner with over eight years in HR roles. This position focuses on coaching managers, guiding performance management, and fostering employee engagement. Collaborate with Discipline Group Leaders and People Partners to implement core People programs and maintain alignment with organizational values while engaging on projects like the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach leaders on performance management and development
• Collaborate on critical employee relations matters
• Oversee annual performance appraisal and salary reviews
• Analyze People metrics for insights and trends
• Coordinate exit interviews with the People Services team
Requirements:
• 8+ years in HR roles, 3+ in People Partner capacity
• Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
• Proven ability in conflict resolution and workplace investigations
• CHRP, CHRL, or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
