Become a key player at Robinhood as a Technical Recruiter in Toronto. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for various technical roles in a dynamic environment.
As part of the Technical Recruiting team, you will engage with Engineering, Security, and Data teams to build exceptional talent pipelines. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and implement effective sourcing strategies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineers and TPMs
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through diverse sourcing
• Define role requirements alongside hiring managers
• Share hiring insights and improve workflows with peers
• Utilize tools like Greenhouse and AI-supported platforms
Requirements:
• 7+ years in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles
• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates effectively
• Ability to manage multiple roles and adapt to priorities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Interest in integrating AI tools in recruitment processes
