As a pivotal member of TTI’s Talent Acquisition team, you will oversee recruitment marketing, campus relationships, and innovative technologies.

Your role will involve supporting daily activities and special projects to enhance our talent acquisition efforts. This position emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring a welcoming workplace for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment marketing through social media and creative content

• Assist in TA Technology platform administration and troubleshooting

• Coordinate events and design marketing collateral for TA Programs

• Manage campus partnerships and event coordination

• Prepare monthly dashboard reports, collaborating with the TA team

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary co-op program

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Social Media platforms

• Experience using Canva for graphics and presentations

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is an asset
