• Lead Employee Experience programs for engagement and onboarding

• Co-lead the employee survey platform and analyze feedback

• Develop reports and dashboards to communicate insights

• Advise on talent management strategies with senior leaders

• Continuously refine programs based on industry trends

Requirements:

• 8+ years in human resources, specializing in employee experience

• Advanced data analysis skills, proficient with Qualtrics

• Experience with HR technology management like Oracle

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proven exceptional project management capabilities
