As a Senior HR Business Partner for Docebo's Revenue organization, you'll collaborate with senior leaders to implement impactful workforce planning, mentor managers, and foster an inclusive atmosphere. This 13-month contract allows you to drive cultural evolution while mastering various talent cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Revenue stakeholders for optimal workforce planning
• Coach leaders to enhance accountability and team health
• Spearhead talent reviews and succession planning
• Collaborate on compensation plans and sales incentives
• Analyze data to guide organizational decisions
Requirements:
• 6+ years in HR, with 3+ in HRBP roles
• Experience in high-change SaaS or tech environments
• Expertise in organizational restructures and change management
• Strong coaching and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with complex compensation structures
