In this position, you will drive various HR initiatives, ensuring smooth onboarding, benefits management, and compliance with labor laws. Your expertise will support the recruitment of talent and guide employees on HR policies, making a significant impact on their work experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive talent acquisition and mid-to-senior recruitment efforts

• Operationalize employee engagement and onboarding programs

• Provide HR guidance and support for policy-related inquiries

• Ensure compliance with North American employment laws

• Audit and maintain HRIS and ATS accuracy

Requirements:

• 4+ years in HR with a focus on recruiting

• Extensive knowledge of Canadian and US employment law

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities

• Hands-on experience with HRIS and applicant tracking

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
