Join The Career Foundation as a Career Success Coach in Scarborough. Help clients develop skills and strategies to secure sustainable employment through coaching and workshops.
This full-time position focuses on providing personalized support to job seekers, guiding them through the various stages of their employment journey. Develop effective Employment Action Plans and facilitate impactful workshops that enhance clients' job readiness. Work collaboratively to address barriers while ensuring clients meet their unique employment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized coaching and support to clients
• Create and implement effective Employment Action Plans
• Facilitate engaging workshops on career development
• Assist clients in building job search competencies
• Maintain strong communication with team members
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary degree or diploma required
• At least two years of experience in career coaching
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities for caseload management
• Proven ability to build rapport with diverse clients
