This senior role focuses on advancing CIHI’s commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. You will collaborate with diverse teams to develop and evaluate IDEA strategies that address systemic barriers. Your experience and leadership will be essential in fostering an inclusive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee development of comprehensive IDEA strategies
• Advise senior leaders on effective diversity practices
• Facilitate data-driven decision making on IDEA initiatives
• Enhance performance measurement and report outcomes
• Design advanced training programs for organizational capacity
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in diversity initiatives
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Expertise in anti-oppressive and accessible practices
• Exceptional communication and engagement skills
• Fluency in English; bilingualism is a plus
