In this role, you will support the Quebec recruiting teams by meticulously planning campus events and conferences. Your organizational skills will ensure a remarkable candidate journey, and your fluency in English and French will enhance communication across diverse teams. Partnering with external vendors and internal stakeholders, you'll create memorable experiences that bolster recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning of campus recruitment events
• Oversee all logistics, including venue and catering
• Assist with candidate follow-ups and engagement strategies
• Manage event materials and promotional collateral
• Optimize the candidate experience on campus
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French (written & spoken)
• Minimum 2 years in event coordination
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong ability to handle multiple priorities
• Recruitment experience preferred
