Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate pre-onboarding activities for new hires

• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS

• Process background checks and prepare documentation

• Support wellness and engagement programs coordination

• Assist in reporting and data requests from People teams

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in HR or administration

• Postsecondary education in HR, Business, or related field

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Experience with Google Workspace and HRIS platforms
