Salary Band:  4 ($62,000- $72,000 CAD)

What You’ll Be Doing

Design, develop and implement learning programs

Collaborate with stakeholders and conduct in-depth needs assessments to clarify learning objectives and outcomes.

Design, develop and deliver learning programs that help employees adopt and adapt to changes in the organization.

Design training materials such as slide decks, facilitator guides, e‑learning modules, and quick‑reference guides.

Work with subject‑matter experts to validate content and ensure accuracy.

Develop assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and continuously improve them.

Support the integration of new skills into day‑to‑day work through reinforcement activities and post‑training resources.

Change management planning and delivery

Lead and coordinate change‑management activities for small- to medium‑sized projects, working closely with project managers throughout planning and delivery.

Facilitate collaborative workshops such as vision setting, impact analysis, current/future state mapping, and stakeholder assessments.

Develop and roll out key change deliverables (e.g., communication plans, training materials, impact assessments, stakeholder analyses).

Define success metrics and measurable outcomes for the people side of change, tracking adoption and communicating status updates.

Develop communications that are audience‑specific, easy to understand, and aligned with project objectives.

Stakeholder engagement and collaboration

Build strong, trust‑based relationships with project teams, leaders, and stakeholders across the organization to support effective and sustainable change adoption

Guide individuals and teams through change with empathy and a human‑centered approach, ensuring impacts are understood and support is tailored to stakeholder needs.

Pull from multiple change methodologies to select the most effective approach for each initiative.

Apply strong interpersonal and transferable skills to foster alignment, encourage collaboration, and create a supportive environment during periods of transformation.

Qualifications

University degree in Education, Communications, Psychology, Business, Organization Development or a related field.

Working knowledge of principles and practices of adult learning theories, and training within a workplace environment.

3+ years’ experience advising on and helping to execute change strategies on both projects and strategic initiatives.

3+ years’ experience in successful development and delivery of adult learning programs and employee training.

Knowledge and practical application of change management frameworks, practices, and tools, with the ability to tailor approaches to different initiatives.

Experience developing clear, engaging communications and learning materials.

Experience creating interactive and visual content to support change adoption and training.

Experienced at working collaboratively with, and influencing, staff at all levels of the organization.

Experience designing visually engaging PowerPoint decks.

Proven ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships with different personality types.

Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.

Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects that are multidimensional and encompass multiple work streams/subject matter.

Experience supporting digital transformation or technology‑driven change is an asset.

Bilingualism (French/English) is highly preferred, with French being an asset due to the organization’s nationwide operations and the need for effective communication across various regions.
