Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily HR administrative activities

• Manage onboarding tasks alongside various departments

• Facilitate offboarding and ensure task completion

• Coordinate background checks and gather candidate information

• Aid recruitment efforts and assist campus events

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of HR experience or relevant administrative tasks

• Preferred degree in Human Resources or Business

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems

• Detail-oriented with capable time management skills
