Senior Human Resources Director CAO

Drive HR excellence at the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) as a Senior Human Resources Director. Lead strategic initiatives in workforce planning, culture transformation, and total rewards within a hybrid work environment.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee the HR function at CAO, focusing on implementing effective HR strategies. This leadership role demands a comprehensive understanding of employee engagement, organizational culture, and compliance with employment legislation. Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to align HR practices with business objectives and drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and implement the people strategy

• Manage and enhance total rewards programs

• Advise leadership on employee relations issues

• Ensure HR policy compliance and governance

• Lead employee engagement initiatives and inclusion practices

Requirements:

• 8-10 years in HR management roles

• In-depth knowledge of Ontario employment law

• Experience in strategic advisory roles for executives

• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities

• CHRP/CHRL designation is a plus
