In this pivotal role, you'll work under the Director of Learning & Change, focusing on enhancing leadership and engagement across Retirement Operations. You will plan and execute key initiatives such as Town Halls and employee development programs while aligning strategy with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead high-impact employee engagement and leadership initiatives
• Own strategy and execution of Director-level engagement programs
• Design innovative experiences for leadership and employees
• Oversee capability-building programs, including AI initiatives
• Partner with senior leaders for strategic messaging
Requirements:
• Proven experience in executing complex communication strategies
• Strong project and program management skills
• Ability to define program benefits and success measures
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with AI tools for communication and learning
