Key Responsibilities:

• Manage job requisitions and ensure data accuracy in systems

• Oversee onboarding workflows and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of HR operations or onboarding support experience

• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems

• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication capabilities with candidates and teams

• Ability to adapt in fast-paced and evolving environments
