This position requires an HR professional with 3–5 years of diverse experience. You'll administer HR processes, help manage employee relations issues, and support the execution of performance and compensation reviews.

Your role will be crucial as our organization grows and evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer HR policy inquiries from employees and leadership

• Build trusted relationships within the team

• Manage employee relations, maintaining confidentiality

• Support onboarding, offboarding, and compliance

• Assist with data analysis related to employee performance

Requirements:

• Relevant HR degree or diploma

• Hands-on experience in HR management areas

• Proven ability to develop positive employee relationships

• Detail-oriented and solutions focused

• Proficiency in Excel and Word, HRIS experience preferred
