This hybrid role involves owning the recruitment lifecycle from pipeline development to onboarding for high-impact sales positions. You will work closely with sales leaders, using your consultative approach to engage candidates effectively. Building relationships within the sales community and participating in key industry events will be vital in securing the best talent for Slalom.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the recruitment process for sales and GTM roles
• Create and maintain robust talent pipelines in the industry
• Ensure a consultative experience for all candidates
• Share best practices with the Canadian TA team
• Attend recruiting fairs and community initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience
• Demonstrable success in hiring sales-related roles
• Strong consultative approach in recruitment
• Ability to leverage market data for sourcing
• French and English bilingualism is preferred
