MCI is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Specialist in Wichita, KS to enhance recruitment efforts within a busy BPO environment. You will manage a full 180-recruitment cycle, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in processes.
This position focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for high-volume roles. You will balance recruitment activities with detailed administrative tasks while maintaining accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The ideal candidate boasts solid experience in high-volume recruitment within BPO or call center settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates for high-volume BPO roles
• Conduct candidate assessments and interview coordination
• Facilitate recruitment events and open days
• Maintain recruitment documentation and records
• Update candidate information in the ATS
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience in BPO environments
• Proficiency in ATS and HR systems
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
• High School Diploma; HR qualification is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously
