In this role, you will work with the Civil East Human Resources and Operations team to deliver client-focused administrative support. You will manage payroll transactions, prepare salary reports, and support new employee onboarding processes. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, making it ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process employment-related transactions accurately and timely
• Investigate payroll inquiries for employees
• Prepare and generate HRIS reports as required
• Monitor vacation tracking and end-of-year processes
• Draft offer letters and coordinate employee orientations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related field
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory
• Experience in fast-paced operational environments is preferred
• Proficient with MS Office applications and HR systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
