Raising The Village (RTV) is on the lookout for a seasoned Chief People and Culture Officer to lead its global HR strategy. With a strong emphasis on organizational transformation, this executive will define practices that align with the mission of supporting communities in Sub-Saharan Africa. You will play an essential role in workforce planning, cultural development, and partnership with the CEO and Board to enhance leadership effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 20+ years in progressive HR roles

• Experience in global or multi-country HR functions

• Expertise in organizational development

• Successful track record in transformative leadership

• Preferred:
Master’s degree in relevant fields
