This full-time position at SHN supports vital HRIS administration and operational excellence for a six-month duration. As the HRIS Specialist, you will oversee the integrity and security of HR information, working alongside HR, Payroll, and IT teams.

Your role will help maintain optimal HR technology operations while enhancing the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HRIS and Workday daily administration

• Conduct user access audits and manage security protocols

• Facilitate system training and user support sessions

• Generate insightful HR analytics and reports

• Collaborate on opportunities for system improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or IT-related field

• Three years of experience with Workday HRIS

• Proven background in HR operations management

• Strong skills in analytical reporting and troubleshooting

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and other Microsoft tools
