Position: Talent & Employee Experience Manager Role
Join Centerra Gold in Toronto as the Talent & Employee Experience Manager. This hybrid position focuses on enhancing talent strategies and employee engagement for a global workforce.

As a vital member of the Centerra Corporate team, you will lead initiatives that boost employee retention and organizational culture.

Your role involves designing and implementing global talent programs, managing the Learning Management System, and guiding HR teams to enhance employee experiences throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer talent programs including succession and development plans

• Analyze employee engagement surveys and drive action planning

• Curate learning programs and oversee training content

• Partner with HR teams to attract and retain diverse talent

• Ensure global programs are effectively implemented locally

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related area

• Minimum of 10 years HR experience with team leadership

• Experience with Bridge LMS and SAP systems

• Strong competencies in program design and operational execution

• Ability to travel occasionally to international sites
