Oversee human resources for Empowered Futures, driving excellence in talent acquisition and employee engagement. This part-time HR Lead role is fundamental to creating a supportive, mission-driven culture.
As the HR Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive HR strategies. Your focus will include talent management, compliance with workplace laws, and fostering a positive culture. You will collaborate with leadership to enhance employee relations and promote a strategically aligned workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate comprehensive recruitment and onboarding processes
• Address employee concerns confidentially and effectively
• Implement HR policies and maintain compliance
• Analyze workforce metrics for continuous improvement
• Lead leadership development and succession planning efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• At least 5 years of HR experience needed
• 2 years in a supervisory role preferred
• Nonprofit experience preferred
• HR certifications are a plus
