This position reports to the People & Culture Associate, offering hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, managing office supplies, and refining HR policies. Ideal candidates should be eager to learn, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

• Manage office supplies and support IT and AV needs

• Contribute to standardizing HR policies and procedures

• Brainstorm initiatives to enhance company culture

• Guide candidates through a smooth hiring experience

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or similar is an asset

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Eagerness to learn and improve processes

• Must be on-site at least 4 days a week

• Passion for helping others succeed
