Position: Senior HR Manager with TRCA
Elevate HR strategies at TRCA as the Senior Manager. Focus on employee engagement, talent management, and comprehensive HR programs to align with organizational goals.

In this Senior Manager role, you will guide a dedicated team of HR professionals r responsibilities include overseeing employee relations, talent acquisition, and the execution of HR policies that promote organizational performance. You’ll facilitate conflict resolution and ensure the integrity of the HRIS, driving data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR programs to enhance performance

• Facilitate employee relations and resolution of complex issues

• Support the CHRO in managing total rewards strategies

• Direct talent management and workforce planning

• Maintain HRIS with an emphasis on data integrity

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related field

• 7+ years of HR experience and 3+ in management

• Knowledge of HR-related legislation and compliance

• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
