Position: AlmaVia Business Office Manager Role

As the Business Office Manager, you will be the primary HR resource, ensuring employee file compliance and managing benefits. Collaborating with the Support Center, you will coach managers on employee relations and lead onboarding processes for new hires. Your contribution will directly support our mission of making a difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and oversee HRIS entries for accurate records

• Ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws

• Administer employee benefits and handle LOA processes

• Support onboarding and compliance training

• Assist department leaders in enhancing team member experience

Requirements:

• Associate degree in business or HR;
Bachelor's preferred

• 2-5 years experience in payroll and HR

• Supervisory experience of at least 1 year

• Strong Microsoft Office skills required

• Knowledge of California labor regulations
