Join our team as a Human Resources Associate, specializing in onboarding and recruitment. Lead the full recruitment cycle while ensuring seamless employee integration.

In this role, you will manage recruitment processes, from job postings to interviews. You will also oversee onboarding and facilitate orientation sessions, providing crucial support to new employees. Your responsibilities will include advising managers on HR-related queries and maintaining essential HR records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment cycle extensively for new hires

• Conduct interviews and prepare necessary documentation

• Oversee effective onboarding and staff orientation

• Facilitate training for managers on onboarding

• Maintain HR databases and spreadsheets accurately

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources or similar field

• At least 3 years of related HR expertise

• Strong understanding of HR procedures

• Familiarity with Ontario employment legislation

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools
