Quantum Space is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter focused on full-cycle recruitment for multiple technical and operational roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements and develop strong candidate pipelines. This role demands excellent communication and organizational skills to enhance the candidate experience while meeting recruiting metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, and operations

• Partner with hiring managers on role specifications and strategies

• Develop sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates

• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews

• Advise on market trends and recruiting best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

• 5+ years in technical recruiting—especially for engineers

• Proficient in Linked In Recruiter and ATS platforms

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
