Leverage opportunities to help cutting-edge companies build star teams.

Work as part of a supportive team of recruiters and business development managers who specialize in promoting top-tier Accounting and Finance professionals, both in leadership and specialist roles.

Source and form long-lasting relationships with diverse, highly skilled candidates who are seeking their next great role.

Provide a positive candidate experience, guiding them through the process with expertise and care.

Deliver market intelligence and insights to internal partners and clients on the right candidate experiences.

Deliver on critical finance projects and high-stakes leadership hires.

Who you are

Proven closer with at least three years’ experience in recruiting for niche Accounting and Finance roles, with a track record of successful placements.

Income-driven: motivated by results and ready to maximize commissions through strong placements and relationships.

Relationship builder: capable of developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

Strategic thinker: able to develop a pipeline of top-tier talent and craft innovative sourcing strategies.

Must haves

Ability to work on a flexible hybrid schedule

Willingness to learn and succeed in a fast-moving environment

Strong understanding of in-demand Accounting & Finance skill sets, from analysts and accountants to CPAs and controllers

Excellent, clear, human communication skills

Prior agency experience is an asset

Candidates with a sales background are encouraged to apply
