• Deliver on critical finance projects and high-stakes leadership hires.

• Proven closer with at least three years’ experience in recruiting for niche Accounting and Finance roles, with a track record of successful placements.
• Income-driven: motivated by results and ready to maximize commissions through strong placements and relationships.
• Relationship builder: capable of developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Strategic thinker: able to develop a pipeline of top-tier talent and craft innovative sourcing strategies.

• Ability to work on a flexible hybrid schedule
• Willingness to learn and succeed in a fast-moving environment
• Strong understanding of in-demand Accounting & Finance skill sets, from analysts and accountants to CPAs and controllers
• Excellent, clear, human communication skills
• Prior agency experience is an asset
• Candidates with a sales background are encouraged to apply
