In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary relationship manager for advisor practices transitioning to IG Wealth Management. You'll oversee candidate evaluations, onboarding strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to enhance advisor practices and maintain high operational standards while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage advisor recruitment and onboarding for high-value practices

• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for candidates

• Develop and deliver tailored offer documentation and proposals

• Oversee the entire recruitment process ensuring timely execution

• Enhance advisor experiences by providing consultative support

Requirements:

• 5+ years in recruitment, onboarding, or financial services

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

• Bilingual (English and French) preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
